Dr. Philip Mundemba

Dr. Mundemba is a visionary leader and founder of King’s Conference Center International and Zambia Leadership Development Consultancy Limited. He responded to the call of God for ministry at an early age of 15. Two years later God used Pastor to plant a church. With this new purpose in his heart he enlisted in Trans African theological college, where he earned a diploma in Pastoral leadership and Biblical training. In his early life God used Pastor Philip to minister and pastor churches in Zambia and ministered in other African countries.

His pastoral passion and vision for leadership development enabled him to serve as Copper belt District Secretary, National General Secretary for the Pentecostal Assemblies of God Zambia, and also served as Chairman for the church growth movement in Zambia.

With this foundation, Pastor Philip attended Vanguard University in Costa Mesa California, where he completed his Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies and later earned his Masters Degree in biblical studies. Furthermore, he also earned a second Masters Degree in Theology at the well-known Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, USA.

Dr. Mundemba earned his doctorate at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield Missouri (USA), with a concentration in Leadership Development. God has instilled in Dr. Philip Mundemba a vision with an intentional passion to develop Faithful, Available and Teachable leaders (F.A.T) for effective ministry in Zambia and abroad.

Currently, Dr. Philip Mundemba is being consulted by a number of companies, which include the following: Copperbelt Energy Corporation, Sub-Saharan Regional Pipeline, Asayi Zambia, La Pétrolière Commerciale, DTM Business Consultancy and Cuivre Mining. Most of the consultations borders in the area of leadership, human resource, stress management and occupational health for maximization of productivity in the work place.

Church organizations also consult Dr. Mundemba in leadership development, conflict management, organizational structure, team leadership, worship and sound management.
