In 1994, the Lord of Harvest burdened Apostle Barry Ilunga k.
To move out from pastoral ministry to pioneer a missionary agency WOTA(World Outreach Team Action) that will serve as a service provider for capacity building of institutions, churches and sending of Christian service men for Jesus Christ in the region beyond.
WOTA is a servant missionary mobilizing, equipping and sending agency serving the body of Christ in Zambia and Africa enabling local churches and fellowship to go and find their place of obedience in the service of Jesus Christ beyond own comfort zone and capacity building for effective service as Salt of the earth and Light of the world at home.
We see the Church in Zambia and Africa placing intentionally best Africa service men for Jesus Christ in 10/40 windows and around the world for the furtherance of the world Christian movement in this generation until Christ returns.
